Aranchini - rice balls



250g Arborio rice Familex

150g corn Tetrapack Familex

150g peas Tetrapack Familex

1 onion

1 garlic clove

900ml broth

100-150ml sunflower oil Familex

2 egg

125g Mozzarela cheese


salt, black pepper at taste


1. Fry a little bit the onion for about 5 minutes, add the garlic and the rice. Cook for another 2 minutes and don't stop to stir.

2. Pour 1/3 of the broth and cook until the rice take it, and add the rest of the broth. Do this until the rice is ready.

3. Remove from the heat and add the corn and the peas. Leave it to cool down 

4. Add the mixed eggs, salt and pepper.

5. Make small balls and in the center of every ball put small peace of mozzarela.

6. Toss them with breadcrumbs. Fry them in very heated oil for about 3-4 minutes in each side.
