Breakfast with quinoa and fruits



150g quinoa  "Familex" 
 200ml milk (or nut milk)
pinch of cinnamon and vanilla 
honey  "Familex" by taste
Season fruits by taste
 Nuts by taste



  1. Wash and dry the quinoa "Familex";
  2. In a pan put the quinoa, add the milk, cinnamon and vanilla. When it comes to boil lower the heat;
  3. After 15 minutes remove from the heat, add the honey;
  4. Leave for a little bit to absorbe the rest of the milk;
  5. Pour into bowls, on top put your fruits and sprinkle with nuts;
