Energy bites with chia



5tsp Chia Familex

15 dates

100g walnuts

5-6tsp flax seed flour 

2tsbp peanut butter

2tbsp cacao powder

3tbsp coconut flakes 



  1. From the night before soak the chia in water, the dates also (put in different bowls);
  2. Smash the walnuts;
  3. Soft dates blend well with their water. Add chia, walnuts, peanut butter and flax seed flour;
  4. Leave for 10 minutes in freezer. From the mixture make some balls.
