
Ingredients:
5tsp Chia Familex
15 dates
100g walnuts
5-6tsp flax seed flour
2tsbp peanut butter
2tbsp cacao powder
3tbsp coconut flakes
Directions:
- From the night before soak the chia in water, the dates also (put in different bowls);
- Smash the walnuts;
- Soft dates blend well with their water. Add chia, walnuts, peanut butter and flax seed flour;
- Leave for 10 minutes in freezer. From the mixture make some balls.
