400g hard cheese
250g Cornflakes for frying (breaded) "Familex"
3 egg whites
Sunflower oil "Familex" for frying
- Cut the cheese into rectangles and put it in the freezer;
- Stir the egg whites until they are fluffy like snow and add in the cornflakes;
- Heat up the oil;
- Toss the cheese into the cornflakes and fry;
- Plate them with some ketchup.
