Healthy pizza


Necessary products: 

for marsh :
1 head cauliflower
1 egg
for stuffing : 
200g  Pasta sauce with red peppers Familex 
50g parmesan 
50g mozzarella 
fresh basil leaves

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees 
2. In the kitchen robot, put the cauliflower roses and chop it until it gets the texture of the rice. Put it in the microwave for 6-7 minutes. Wait for it to cool down. Using gauze, drain as much as possible from its water. 
3. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower with the other ingredients for the swamps. 
4. Form a circular bake on baking paper and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until you get a crust. 
5. Put all the products on the stuffing without basil and seal until the siren melts. 
6. Serve the pizza with fresh basil leaves.
