Hosomaki sushi with salmon



250g Sushi rice "Familex"
250g smoked salmon 
1 cucumber
1/2 avocado
4 leafs NORI seaweed
3 с.л. rice vinegar
2 с.л. white crystal sugar "Familex" 
soy sauce


  1. Wash the rice, cook it according to the instructions on the package. After it's ready wait until it's cooled down;
  2. Combine the rice vinegar, sugar and salt (until everything is dissolved). Pour the mixture into the rice and stir well; 
  3. On a bamboo mat put one seaweed Nori, with the sparkling side down; 
  4. With wet hands spread rice on the 1/2 of the seaweed;
  5. In the center of the rice put avocado, cutter cucumber and pieces of salmon;
  6. After that roll the sushi thoroughly and tight with the mat;
  7. You must cut the sushi into pieces with SHARP and WET knife;
  8. Next to the plate with sushi put in a cup soy sauce.
