Mushroom cream soup



500g Mushrooms in a jar (cutted) Familex

100g Onion, fried in oil Familex

50g butter

3-4tbsp white flour Familex

100ml milk

2cups water

herbs by taste (dill or parsley)



  1. Melt the butter in a pan, put the READY onion, fried in oil Familex;
  2. Put the mushrooms (already drained from their water) and fry a little bit;
  3. Add in the flour. Stir fast so you don't get balls of flour in your soup;
  4. Add bit by bit the water, after that the milk. Boil the soup for about 15-20min;
  5. Before you serve sprinkle with herbs and add bread crumbs.
