150g Semolina Familex
3-4tbsp White crystal sugar Familex
fruit jam by taste
- Put the milk in a pan and heat it up;
- Before it start to boil add the semoline tbsp by tbsp while you stir. In the end add the sugar;
- Stir well and turn down the heat when the the semolina boils. Add the butter and stir again;
- Put in little bowls and let it cool down. Put your jam on top and enjoy!
