Stuffed peppers with rice and chicken meat



200g Rice Familex

1 chicken fillet

100g Red bean in a can Familex

100g Tomatoes chopped Familex

200g Cheese

150g Sweet corn Familex

5 red peppers

Salt and chilli powder at taste 



  1. Cook rice Familex, according to the instruction on the package. Bake the chicken fillet and cut it to small pieces;
  2. Mix the rice, chicken, beans, tomatoes and the sweet corn. Add in the herbs;
  3. Cut the peppers in half and remove their seeds;
  4. Fill them with mixture, cover them with foil and bake for about 40-60 minutes;
  5. After they are ready on top put the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes so it can melt.
