  1. You must have good "kitchen equipment"- pans, trays, wood board;
  2. Organize your working place good and keep the kitchen clean;
  3. Shop smart - the best way to do this is to prepare a grocery list for your week menu;
  4. Keep in stock your frequent used foods, herbs and sauces;
  5. You must use mostly fresh herbs;
  6. Follow the recipe! Don't allow yourself to experiment if you know that cooking is not for you;
  7. Always keep your knifes sharp.
