Breadcrumbs  is a culinary ingredient that is most commonly  used for panning  or thickening mixtures of meat or vegetable meat sauce.

Tip: We  can use our varieties in many different ways. Oatting in flour, breadcrumbs and a broken egg is the classics of panning. Often some cooks use thickets to thicken the mixture of meat sauce or different vegetables - peas, parsley or spinach. It can also be used as a sprinkling of some baking for more crispness or a baker's base to loosen the bread.
