Bean with bayonet


300 grams of Dobrudzhanka beans Familex 
200 g of dried basil
1 carrot
1 pc of red pepper
1 pc of onion
a few cloves of garlic
12 pcs of dried tomatoes
100 ml of Oil Familex
1 tsp. salt, pepper, savory, pepper and mint


1. Late the night before and then boil the beans almost to standby
2. Drain it out of the water and transfer it to a clay pot with lid.
3. Stew carrot, red pepper, onion and garlic cloves in oil and spices.
4. Add the gnocchi and dried tomatoes to the beans, then the stewed vegetables.

Bake in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for about an hour.
