Chocolate souffle



200g Dark chocolate
200g butter
3 eggs
50g White flour Familex
50g Powdered sugar Familex
1 vanilla
butter for the tray
flour for sprinkle


  1. Melt chocolate in a metal bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth. Add the butter and stir until it melts; 
  2. Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Add the yolks to the chocolate mixture. Stir well;
  3. Add the flour, the egg white (which you made to snow) and the powdered sugar;
  4. Pour in the souffle mixture evenly in 6 forms (which are sprayed with butter and sprinkled with flour). Bake for 8-9 minutes at 200 degrees.
