Creamy rice with mushrooms



350g Rice Parboiled Familex 
300g Mushrooms chopped Familex 
1/2 onion head
500ml mushroom stock
3tbsp  Sunflower oil Familex
200ml cooking cream 
3-4tbsp parmesan
Spices: salt, black pepper and parsley


1. In a pan heat up the oil and fry in it the mushrooms and the cutted onion;
2. Add the rice, the stock and add salt and black pepper by taste;
3. After it boil, lower the heat and leave it for 10 minutes; 
4. Add the cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes;
5. Serve with sprinkled parsley.
