Festive bread



550 g Classical flour Familex
1/2 yeast cube
3 Big Eggs
200 ml of warm, fresh milk
20 g butter butter (+ melted butter for spreading)
1 t of salt FAMILEX
1 t. Sugar Crystal FAMILEX

1. Dissolve the yeast in 50 ml of milk, along with sugar, and let it squeeze.
2. Flour mixed with salt, two broken eggs, melted butter and the rest of the milk.
3. Mix a soft dough that should not stick to your fingers.
4. Cover and allow to rise as long as it doubles its volume.
5. Then 1/4 of the dough is set aside. The rest is divided into 4 equal parts, from which the same size and thickness circles are rolled out with a diameter of 26 cm (aligned with a ring to be exactly the same).
6. In a greased pan, place a circle of dough and smear it with melted butter. Follow dough, butter and so on until it is finished with dough.
7. The triangles that are formed are gently slit through the middle (without being separated) and bent outward by turning several times.
8. Lay the dough in a rectangle that is smeared with melted butter. From it, with a pizza knife, strips are cut. They are rolled up. Place in the hole formed in the middle of the cake. Cover the cake and leave to rise for 1 hour.
9. Lubricate with broken egg and sprinkle with sesame if desired.
10. Bake in a heated 180 ° oven with a fan, ready for about 25-30 minutes.
