
Ingredients:
400ml Sunflower oil Familex
1tbsp lemon juice Familex
2 egg yolks at room temperature (from big eggs)
salt at taste
Directions:
1. In a blender wisk first eggs with salt;
2. Slowly add the oil, until it gets creamy consistency;
3. Add the lemon juice;
4. Keep in a fridge for at least 1 week.
