Pea soup with mint



400 g pea tetrapack Familex
1 l vegetable broth
3 tablespoons finely chopped mint (plus a few petals for decoration)
180 g goat cheese


Pass the peas into a kitchen robot or blender, then transfer it to a medium sized saucepan. Add broth, mint and 90 grams of crushed cheese. Boil the mixture on the hot plate and allow to boil for 5 minutes at moderate temperature.

* Serve the hot soup by decorating the mint and the remaining crushed cheese with the fresh leaves. We can also serve homemade croutons or season with a spoonful of sour cream.
