Rice salad with tuna



300 g Baldo rice Famiex
100 g of olives (excluding stones)
160 g of tuna
1 pc of green pepper
1 pc of red pepper
1 box of Tetrapack corn Familex 
1 can of peas
1 pc of tomato
lemon juice to taste


In a pan, pour 1 - 1.5 liters of water and add 1 tablespoon of salt. When it boils, pour the rice.
Pull the rice out of the hotplate, drain it out of the water, stir it, and wait for it to boil.
At that time, pour the cut olives, the tuna, the peppers and the tomato, cut into cubes and drained boxes of coriander and peas in a large bowl. Finally, add the cooled rice, stir very well and season with lemon juice and olive oil to taste.
* Cover the bowl with stretch film and store in a refrigerator.
