Salad with quinoa, walnuts and fresh herbs


400g Quinoa Familex (cooked)
100g Walnuts (chopped)
3tbsp Sunflower oil Familex
2tbsp Lemon juice Familex
salt and black pepper by taste
Fresh herbs: mint, parsley and fresh,green onion.

1. Combine everything in a big bowl and sprinkle with salt and black pepper;
2. It will be fine if you put the salad for at least hour so you can get all the flavors.
