Shepherd`s Pie with potatoe puree



900g minced meat (60% calf и 40% pork)

2 onion

1 carrot

150ml calf broth

150ml white wine

3tbsp sour cream

125g Potatoe puree Familex

100g shredded cheese

black pepper and salt

Sunflower oil Familex for frying

  1. Cut the onion and the carrot to small cubes and fry them in oil on low heat;
  2. Add the minced meat, pour the wine and wait to boil (~3 minutes). Add the broth, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cook until the meat is ready;
  3. Cook the potatoe puree according to the instructions on the package;
  4. In a rectangular tray pour the minced meat and on top of her put the puree. Bake for 30 minutes on 180°C;
  5. A little bit before it's ready add the shredded cheese and put it back in the oven until it's melted.
