Soft cookies



200g soft butter

350g brown sugar Familex

1 egg

10ml vanilla extract

285g white flour Familex

1tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

pinch of salt 


  1. Heat the oven at 180°C. Put a baking paper in the tray;
  2. With blender mix the butter, sugar and salt until they become to fluffy cream. Add the egg and vanilla;
  3. In a bowl mix the butter, baking powder and baking soda. Add them to the other ingredients. Mix well;
  4. Make balls from the mixture and leave enough space between them in the tray;
  5. Bake them until they edges become gold (for about 9-11min.). Wait until they cool down.
