Rice with chicken and vegetables

Method of preparation

• Cut the meat into cubes and boil it.
• Cut the vegetables and fry them. Add the meat and rice to them and fry them as well.
• Add water, broth, tomatoes and let it simmer for a while on the stove.
• Finally, add the spices and add more water.
• Bake for about 40 minutes in the oven.
• Finally, sprinkle with parsley.
