Just leave your wooden spoon in the pot and stir occasionally.<\/li>\n<li>Never put the pasta in a pot of non-boiling water. This will only disturb the consistency of the pasta and make it less tasteful.<\/li>\n<li>It is not a good idea to cook two different types of pasta together unless they are similar in size and shape and require approximately the same cooking time.<\/li>\n<li>Test the doneness of the pasta by breaking it with your fingers. If you notice a white line in the center, it means it needs a little more time.<\/li>\n<li>When the pasta is soft, you need to squeeze it. To do this, remove from the heat and add 2 tsp of cooler water to stop the cooking process. Sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil so that the individual details do not stick.<\/li>\n<li>Immediately after, pour the sauce over the pasta.
