Familex fig jam is made with fresh Bulgarian figs, extremely tasty and healthy. It is widely used in cooking: it can be eaten alone as a breakfast or dessert; spread on toast, slices, pancakes; add to yogurt, cereal or ice cream; to be used as a filling for cakes, pies and pastries or to be added to meat dishes for a sweet and sour taste.
