Milk desert with ufka

Method of preparation

• Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. We drain the water and pour it into a tray.
• Heat the milk to melt the sugar. Beat the eggs separately and add them in a thin stream to the milk and sugar while mixing.
• Pour the mixture over the noodles and add butter.
• Bake at 180 degrees until lightly browned.
