Ingredients
800 g. Pea Area
1 piece. Vegetable broth
2-3 tablespoons of flour
1 Carrot
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
2 Bay leaf
Parsley, red pepper, savory
Oil, Water, Salt
Method of preparation
- Finely chop the onion, carrot and garlic and fry them in a little oil in the pot in which we will cook.
- Pour water and add the peas.
- We pour the spices, and in a separate bowl we dissolve the flour in water until a thick slurry is obtained.
- To the flour, add the pea water to heat it and equalize the temperature. In this way, we prevent the flour from becoming lumpy. Add it to the peas and let the stew thicken.
- Finally, add finely chopped fresh parsley.
