Ingredients
- 1 large packet of plain biscuits
- 150 gr. Butter
- 250 gr. Cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream or mascarpone
- 250 ml. Liquid cream
- 360 gr. Familex blueberry jam
Method of preparation
- Using a blender, grind the biscuits to fine crumbs. Melt the butter and mix it with the crumbs.
- In a ring, pour the biscuits with the butter and press them well until you get a sponge.
- Beat the liquid cream with a mixer, add the cream cheese and sour cream and beat until a homogeneous mixture.
- We pour the mixture in a ring on the marshmallows and leave it for a few hours in the refrigerator.
- Then we spread the blueberry jam on top and leave it again in the refrigerator to harden.
