Ingredients
- 225 g. Butter
- 295 g. Familex white wheat flour
- 65 g. Powdered sugar Familex
- Familyx rosehip marmalade
Method of preparation
- Beat the butter at room temperature with a mixer together with the powdered sugar.
- Add the flour and start kneading until it is completely absorbed and a soft dough is obtained.
- We wrap the dough in transparent foil and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Then we roll out the dough using a rolling pin and cut into rectangles.
- We put some of the marmalade and use our fingers to form a “tube”. We arrange the biscuits in a tray with baking foil. We press each cookie with a fork to form lines.
- Bake at 180 degrees until the edges are browned.
- After they cool, sprinkle powdered sugar.
