
Ingredients
300 g Spelt Familex
1 tsp White flour Familex
1 pc. Dry yeast (7 g.)
1/2 tsp. Hot water
Sesame
Salt Familex
Method of preparation
- Soak the lime in water for 1 hour. Drain the water and put it in a bowl.
- Add the flour, salt and dry yeast and pour warm water to activate the yeast.
- Mix all the ingredients together and leave to rise for at least 1 hour.
- Pour and level the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 180 degrees until browned. We check whether it is baked well with a toothpick. If it’s dry, it’s ready.
- After removing the bread, wrap it with a towel and let it rest. Serve with butter and salt.
