Ingredients
400g agliatelle Familyx
280g Mushrooms whole Familex
250 ml Liquid cooking cream
1 onion
3 Garlic cloves
Fillet, Olives, Cheese
2-3 bunches of fresh onion
Salt, Thyme, Oil for frying
Method of preparation
- Put the tagliatelle in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them. Then we add the fillet, olives and mushrooms and fry them too.
- Put the finished tagliatelle in the pan with the other products and pour in the liquid cream, salt, thyme and grated cheese and mix well.
- We serve in a deep plate with finely chopped spring onions.
